Cafe Manager (Merrimac)

Coffee Boothers is a drive thru coffee shop located in Merrimac. We are a family owned and operated business. We are on the hunt for a motivated, trustworthy, reliable, talented new cafe manager. We have been operating for almost 5 years, open 7 days a week.

We are searching for an experienced manager to run the day-to-day management of our drive thru cafe. Overseeing our small team, you will be responsible for all facets of the venue’s operation including assisting with ordering, rostering, compliance, team training and ensuring our high standards are consistently adhered to.

**Key responsibilites include (but not limited to)**:

- Training new staff and ensuring the team are well trained on the front of house operations and confident in their roles.
- Managing café inventory, including stock ordering and product sourcing/pricing reviews.
- Assist in policies and procedures
- Assist with rosters
- Induct, train, lead and develop a highly effecient team
- ensure the team are well trained on FOH operations and confident with a huge customer service focus
- Follow values & guidelines
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Customer service
- walk in and drive thru
- Exception barista experience
- Point of Sale / order taking
- Food preparation
- Working a fast paced drive thru workplace

To be considered for the role you must:

- Have experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment.
- 2 years Barista experience minimum
- Experience in a manager role and leading a team
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work weekends and early mornings.
- Referenced work history
- Full understanding of COVID and Work Safe industry practice
- Self motivated
- Confident and well spoken
- Impeccable presentation and personal hygiene.
