An exciting opportunity has become available for a **full-time** **Retail Sales & Design Team Member** based in **Carrara.**This position involves working as part of our team-oriented retail team
- reporting to the Store Manager. This opportunity will involve working with our large trades and regular customer base.

This position is full-time and permanent, with a rotating roster to work on Saturday's. No Sunday’s or evenings! **- RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Designing and selling of Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales
- processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Essential**- Computer and data entry skills
- **Essential**
- Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
- **Essential**- Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- **Essential**
- Availability to work one to two Saturday's per month
- 9am to 2pm
- **Desirable**
- Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
