About the role
Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a current challenge? BRADNAMS WINDOWS & DOORS' is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in Carrum Downs, VIC. As an integral member of our administration and customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members Assisting with the coordination of appointments and scheduling Preparing and processing various office documents and correspondence Contributing to the implementation of office policies and procedures Performing other general office duties as required
What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in an office admin or client/sales support role Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
