As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and technically minded Internal Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our team. About the Role

This is a dynamic role combining customer service, relationship management, internal sales and technical problem-solving. You’ll work closely with installers and trade professionals, helping provide tailored solutions while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow accounts. Your day may include:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Following up quotes and sales opportunities
- Proactive outbound sales and account development
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and technical solutions
- Working closely with our sales and technical teams
