The Role As our new Trade Counter Sales representative, you'll be the face of our business — helping tradespeople and retail customers find the right products and solutions every day. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Face-to-face sales and service to trade and retail customers
- Building relationships with a diverse range of plumbers across commercial, domestic and maintenance sectors
- Preparing quotes, orders and invoices
- Delivering an excellent standard of customer service
- Assisting with warehouse packing and unpacking as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and personal development About You You'll ideally bring experience in plumbing industry sales, a background as a plumber, or solid retail or trade counter experience. Beyond that, we're looking for someone with:
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive computer literacy
- A willingness to build product knowledge
- A friendly, team-oriented personality
