Compliance & Operations Manager (Carrum)

About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing boutique NDIS provider. Working closely with the Director and leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, remains compliant, and continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports. You will oversee compliance, quality systems, operational processes, workforce coordination and participant service delivery, while helping strengthen existing systems and support the organisation's continued growth. A key focus of the role is ensuring participant supports are delivered in accordance with care plans, support plans, risk assessments, behaviour support strategies and NDIS requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, supporting people, solving problems, maintaining high standards and contributing to the success of a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operational functions and service delivery
• Support the implementation and monitoring of participant care plans and support requirements
• Coordinate compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements
• Prepare for audits and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee incident, complaint and risk management processes
• Monitor staff compliance, training and documentation requirements
• Support workforce planning and provide oversight of rostering activities
• Manage invoicing, contractor payments and operational administration
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders
• Develop and improve organisational systems, processes and workflows
• Provide operational support and guidance to the Team Coordinator
