Service Advisor (Taylors Beach)

We are expanding our team! Pride Prestige is a prestige automotive workshop that specialises in European vehicles with a focus on BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen. We have a full-time position available for a passionate Automotive Service Advisor looking to advance their career. What is on offer: The Service Advisor is a full-time role (part-time applicants considered) where you will be the crucial link between our valued clients and our highly skilled technicians. This is a key customer-facing role for the right automotive professional who thrives on delivering a premium service experience. If you are passionate about providing the best level of customer service backed up by the technical knowledge required to support prestige European vehicles, then we want to hear from you. Duties will include:
- Be the frontline face of the business — greet and manage customers with confidence
- Take bookings, schedule work, and coordinate with technicians
- Ensuring a superior level of customer service and satisfaction
- Quote, invoice, and follow up with accuracy
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated throughout the process
- Order and manage parts required for jobs
- Keep the workshop schedule running smoothly — no chaos, no surprises
- Build trust with repeat customers who know they can count on you To be considered for the role, you will:
- Have previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- management experience highly regarded
- Ability to work within a team and bring a positive attitude to work every day
- Ideally have a minimum 5 years within the industry
- Have strong computer skills, including email, workshop management software/CRM, and supplier ordering platforms
- Have strong knowledge of workshop operations, parts, and automotive service requirements
- Have a solid and proven technical background in European vehicles (dealership experience is highly regarded) To be successful in the role, you will:
- Be a confident communicator — professional, friendly, calm under pressure
- Be highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Have experience in a customer-facing or automotive role (workshop experience highly desirable, not essential)
- Be comfortable using digital tools and workshop software
