About The Role We are seeking a new Rural Manager to join our Ingham team on a full‑time, permanent basis.

- Residing in Ingham or surrounds and well connected in the community, or willing to relocate for the right role.
- Well‑connected in the community and are a great networker who is passionate about promoting the organisation they represent to contribute to the growth and expansion. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality. You will naturally be relationship driven, focusing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector. You will gain energy through using client advocacy, your community and business networks to continue to grow your client base. Your internal relationship management team will be there to support you to support your existing and new clients. It will truly be a team effort. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique business culture and help local farmers maintain and grow their business whilst they set themselves up for future succession. Qualifications
- Experience in banking (Agri preferred) account management or a similar rural account management role.
- Farming or agriculture experience, looking at a career transition into Agribusiness Banking.
- Proven experience and ability to build, maintain, and grow a portfolio of clients.
- Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service.
- Credit and financial analysis skills.
- Desire to make a difference and passion for success.
