Whether for a new home or a renovation, we offer expert advice, great service and top brands.About the roleAs part of the Showroom team in Dural, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.Enjoy a full‑time role with a flexible, balanced roster to suit your work-life needs: Tuesday–Friday, half‑day Saturday, + alternative MondaysYour day to dayA typical day will involve:Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom productsCreating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phoneUsing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to lifeVisiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationshipsKeeping the showroom running smoothly and safelyWe’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customersMight not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and growIs comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systemsIs open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career
