**Part time E-commerce Operations Assistant**

Location: Dural, NSW Part-time (2-3 days per week, hours may increase based on workload)

We are an Australian-based online retailer specialising in storage and space optimisation solutions. Our platform focuses on high-quality garage storage systems, warehouse storage solutions, and industrial organisation products.

As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our daily online operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Product image editing and basic video editing
- Uploading and maintaining products on Shopify
- Website content updates and page editing
- Product listing and maintenance on Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces
- Assisting with multi-platform product management
- Supporting general e-commerce operational tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in marketing, e-commerce, digital media or related field
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Experience Working in Shopify preferred
- Experience with Amazon and multi-platform operations preferred
- Experience Working in image and video editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Mandarin speaking preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

**Work Arrangement**
- Part-time position
- 2-3 days per week initially
- Working days and hours can be adjusted and increased based on workload and performance
- On-site role in Dural (ample parking available)
