Facility Manager (Dural)

Dural Golf Driving Range Pty Limited is looking for a Facility Manager.

Dural Golf Driving Range Pty Ltd is a Golf Driving Range which has been operating in Dural NSW for over 30 years. We are successful business that offers our clients to practice their golfing skills.

Our team of consists of professionals that look after clients and also the office administration.

As a Facility Manager your role will entail the following duties.
- Managing the tender process for contractors. Providing feedback to management on selection of relevant contractor. Managing supervision of contractors when they areundertaking work at the facility.
- Organising regular services such as maintenance and cleaning. Ordering of Golf, Food and relevant stock via the contractors. Monitor the service agreements for contractors including undertaking financial evaluation of best and fair price for a contractor services. Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State Laws for Occupational Health and Safety.
- Contributing to revenue generation by ensuring accurate invoicing and managing relevant service contracts.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and implementing training programs to improve skillsprocesses and procedures for the Golf Range. Contribute to the growth of the business by reviewingexisting internal policies and procedures and develop new ideas to improve productivity. Ensuring Customer satisfaction regularly by working together with the Customer service team and Management.

This is a full-time role.

Salary range
- AUD$75,000 and above excluding superannuation.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
