**What you need**:

- Working with Children Check
- ECT or Diploma working towards ECT
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Room leader experience
- Child Protection training
- Have a genuine passion for providing a high standard of care for children.
- Have excellent communication skills with the children, parents and staff members.
- Reliable and collaborative nature
