Trainee Strata Manager (Bella Vista)

Full training is provided, ensuring a thorough understanding of the industry's intricacies. While previous strata or real estate experience is not required, a genuine interest in the property industry will be highly regarded.

**In collaboration with your manager/s, your role will include**:

- Assisting strata managers in the management of their portfolio
- Serving as the primary point of contact for strata committees, owners and tenants
- Nurturing relationships with clients and contractors
- Handling administrative duties related to the managers portfolio
- Reading, interpreting and understanding the relevant legislation.
- Processing and following through with maintenance requests
- Document preparation prior and post meetings

**We require**:

- Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Current driver's license
- Exceptional written and spoken English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous
- Willing to obtain or already have Certificate of Registration in Strata Management
- A positive outlook and dependable nature
- Eager to learn & be proactive!
