- 5.00pm (1/2 hr unpaid lunch break)

Note: There is no easy public transport to this area. If we can deploy you to other areas in the business, work arrangements could be changed. There could also be an opportunity to work part time at CIS when you are settled at a University with a pay review for those that have just finished HSC

**Requirements**:

- Excellent computer skills in windows environment
- Physically fit
- Been through the Australian School system
- Fast Learner with good phone manner & interpersonal skills
- Tidy, highly disciplined & organised
- Eye for attention to detail
- Have initiative & can be self-directed as there is target of at least 30 packs a day plus data entry.

**Coordinator tasks**
- Use excel spreadsheet to track orders, delivery & back orders
- Liase with parents of their orders for pick ups / home delivery
- Use Eftpos machine to process payment for credit cards
- Reconcile payment to orders received via bank transfer.
- Liaise with CIS Manager with regard to stock levels.
- Track & coordinate inventory levels to meet orders
- Stock take & replenish estimate stock required to meet projected demands for 2025
- Pack spare packs from forecast for 2025

**Packer Tasks**
- Prepare/ print all labels & associated packing paperwork
- Duplicate order to record what is being packed & what is on backorder.
- Pack & tick item for each year group for family
- Sort packed orders for easy identification during pick up / home delivery.
- Housekeeping of work area everyday.

**Job Type**: Seasonal Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $25.00
- $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- High School (Year 12) (required)
