- Prospect and build relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
- Manage property listings, from appraisals to settlement
- Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups
- Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve the best results for clients
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to maximise exposure and impact About You:
- Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
- Proven sales track record or strong ambition to succeed in real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong knowledge of the local area is a plus
