Draftsman / Building Designer (Bella Vista)

**The Role**: As a Residential Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' dreams to life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing concept plans based on client briefs and design objectives.
- Creating visually stunning facades that align with architectural and design standards.
- Producing detailed Construction Certificate (CC) drawings compliant with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborating with architects, builders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Managing design timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in Revit with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Experience in residential design, including concept plans and facade development.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, and CC drawing requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
