Production Team Member – Packing & Quality Control (Castle …, Castle Hill

WRS Windows & Doors is a locally owned manufacturer of made to order aluminium windows and doors, proudly servicing residential and commercial projects across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our team in Castle Hill. This is a hands-on role focused on final quality control, packing, dispatch preparation, and general factory operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting final quality inspections on completed windows and doors
- Identifying and reporting defects, damage, or non-conforming products
- Packing, wrapping, labelling, and palletising products for dispatch
- Completing quality control and production processes via tablet-based production management systems
- Utilising consignment notices and preparing products for shipping
- Assisting with loading and unloading finished goods using a counterbalance forklift
- Safely operating hand and power tools, including drills and drop saws
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Assisting with general factory and production duties as required
- Working closely with the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience within manufacturing, warehousing, or a production environment
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Experience manufacturing pallets is desired.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions Essential Requirements

- Current Forklift Licence
- LF
