Labourer - Full-time or Part-time (Glenhaven)

Wickwell Gardens is a growing Sydney-based business crafting premium, chemical-free wicking garden beds. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Labourer to join our small team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building quality products with their hands and takes pride in their work and also loves to get outside and stuck in to installs.

**The Role**: You will be involved in the hands-on production of our high-quality Cypress Pine wicking beds and join on install and deliveries. Your main tasks will include:

- Assisting in assembling garden beds using saws and drills.
- Sanding and preparing timber to a high standard.
- Handling and moving timber and finished products.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
- Assisting with quality control checks on finished products.
- Loading and preparing orders for delivery.
- Traveling with the team assisting in installs.

**Who We're Looking For**: This is a physical role perfect for someone who is eager to learn and has a great attitude. While not essential, any relevant experience will be highly regarded.
- **Essential**:

- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 20kg easily.
- A keen eye for detail and takes pride in quality work.
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Safety-conscious.
- **Highly Regarded (But NOT Essential)**:

- Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or a similar trade.
- Confidence using power tools (drills, sanders, saws).
- A passion for gardening or DIY projects.
