**Position summary**: ECCO Pacific is seeking an **Accounts Assistant** to join our team with an amazing opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to join our Finance Team in our Support Centre at Norwest Business Park! Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this full-time role will be integral in ensuring the success of our Payables and Receivables.

**Responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- End-to-end Accounts payable function
- Support to the Assistant Accountant for Accounts receivable function and creating purchase orders
- Weekly payment run
- Corporate Cards & employee expense claims
- Clearing payments & bank clearing accounts
- Preparing & distributing monthly customer account statements
- Following up overdue accounts
- Account reconciliations
- General Office administration support

**Skills that will help you in this role**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
- SAP experience or similar is preferred
- MS office / excel. Intermediate to advance
- Proficient data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, efficient time management
- High level verbal and written communication skills
