Traffic Controller (Castle Hill)

About the Role We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Traffic Controllers for ongoing works in Castle Hill, NSW. This role will see you working across civil and infrastructure projects, helping maintain safe and efficient traffic flow around active worksites. We’re looking for candidates who are safety-focused, professional, and ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing traffic control zones
- Implementing traffic guidance schemes (TGS)
- Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely
- Communicating effectively with site teams via radio
- Monitoring site safety and reporting hazards
- Ensuring compliance with all traffic management plans and safety regulations Requirements
- Valid White Card
- Current Traffic Control Tickets (Implement Traffic Control Plans & Traffic Controller)
- Minimum 6 months experience in traffic control
- Must have full PPE (hi-vis, hard hat, steel caps, etc.)
- Two-way radio (essential)
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Reliable transport and ability to travel to Castle Hill What We Offer
