As part of our in-house legal team, you won’t just be handling transactions—you’ll be at the forefront of legal innovation in property investment. Your Role – More Than Just Conveyancing We're seeking a passionate and skilled Property & Conveyancing Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, strategic environment and wants to contribute to industry-changing solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Contract Drafting & Negotiation – Draft, review, and negotiate property investment contracts. Legal Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure seamless compliance with all property regulations. High-Volume Settlements (PEXA) – Manage settlements across all Australian jurisdictions. Due Diligence & Property Acquisition – Conduct thorough legal analysis on property investments. Strategic Involvement – Work directly with leadership to develop legal structures for new investment models. What You Bring
- 3-5 years in property law & conveyancing – Experience in managing transactions from start to finish.
- Legal Qualifications & Current Admission – Practicing Certificate required.
- Strong Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy and compliance in every document.
- Tech-Savvy Approach – Comfortable with digital platforms (PEXA, legal research tools).
