Office Administrator, Medical Consumables, Castle Hill, NSW

Medisa Pty Ltd is an Australian owned medical consumable supplier, based in Castle Hill, NSW 2151. We sell Wound Care, Nutrition, Incontinence products, Urology, Ostomy, and Feeding consumables. We are seeking like-minded people to join our team and help to continue to deliver upon our mission. Responsibilities include:
- Manage incoming calls and email enquiries
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Sending quotes to clients
- Booking showroom appointments and providing an informative and creative helping hand
- Perform general office administrative tasks as required
- Work closely with the order fulfilment team to pick & pack orders
- Prepare order labels for shipping
- Support the Warehouse Team to monitor levels of inventory and restock as required
- Assist Warehouse Team with receipting of incoming stock into the warehouse
- Help pick & pack team when needed
- General office duties as required Requirements include:
