We are currently seeking Interior Designers to join our team in NSW/Nationally in Australia About the role: As we build and grow our Interior Design Department, we are looking for team members that are creative and highly experienced Interior Designers, who areproactive, results-oriented professionals, who can perform market and trend research, design scalable processes and drive implementation to achieve fast, sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate clients' visions into reality. You will collaborate with multiple internal departments and report directly to key stakeholdersto assist in coordinating all aspects of the role. Essential Skills & Experience:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and create detailed design plans.
- Facilitate client home visits to assist in the styling of their desired spaces.
- Maintaining and updating buying records
- Assisting with the management of orders throughout the production process
- Tracking shipments and updating the delivery schedule
- Liaising with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories.
- Create 3D renderings and detailed drawings for presentations.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Work closely with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest styling trends, materials, and technologies in interior and furniture design and pass on these findings to our gallery staff members to keep them updated.
- Able to travel for work related purposes.

- An individual who will fulfil their role but also assist our Gallery Consultants at times when needed. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio showcasing interior and furniture design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. What We Offer:
