Entry Level Real Estate Traineeship (Norwest)

- Salary will initally be in line with the Real Estate Award Traineeship wages
- Based in our state-of-the-art Norwest office, this exciting opportunity includes a traineeship to complete the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419). A traineeship takes 24 months to complete, after which you are eligible to apply for your Class 2 License, but it can be completed in 12 months, depending on your capability and willingness.
- Please note that you will need to have your Assistant Agent Certificate for this role already.
- This role is ideal for someone looking to explore various areas of real estate before deciding on their career path. Once you have achieved your Real Estate License, we offer clear progression opportunities across residential property management and sales, business development, commercial property, project and land sales, and project marketing. About You:
- Experience in retail and hospitality is highly regarded
- You might be studying a related degree and/or have a passion for real estate
- You are willing to obtain your real estate license/complete the traineeship
- You are energetic and excited about a dynamic workplace

- You present professionally and have superior communication and negotiation skills
- You are sharp, quick-thinking, and able to handle objections effectively
