Are you an organised, personable, and experienced medical receptionist looking to take the next step in your career? PainMed is seeking a reliable and qualified Medical Receptionist to support our team of specialist doctors and allied health professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Liaise with GPs, specialists, insurers, and third-party providers
- Maintain accurate medical records and manage incoming referrals
- Process payments and ensure billing compliance
- Support clinical staff and assist with daily operations

- Professional personal presentation
- Confident in managing busy front desk environments
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Windows-based systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
