Customer Response Consultant - Outbound (Baulkham Hills)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvements to processes where required.- Ensure that a professional image is always projected through efficient and respectful interaction with external stakeholders and members of the multidisciplinary team.- Ensure that information is properly recorded by updating the relevant files in accordance with organisation guidelines and completing all related administration, filing and spreadsheet/database updates.

Education and Experience:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar.- Minimum 2 year’s Administration/Customer contact centre experience.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Empathy, compassion and a high regard for integrity and confidentiality.
