Production Team Member – Packing & Quality Control Castle Hill

WRS Windows & Doors is a locally owned manufacturer of made to order aluminium windows and doors, proudly servicing residential and commercial projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our team in Castle Hill.

This is a hands-on role focused on final quality control, packing, dispatch preparation, and general factory operations within a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include: Conducting final quality inspections on completed windows and doors Identifying and reporting defects, damage, or non-conforming products Packing, wrapping, labelling, and palletising products for dispatch Completing quality control and production processes via tablet-based production management systems Utilising consignment notices and preparing products for shipping Assisting with loading and unloading finished goods using a counterbalance forklift Safely operating hand and power tools, including drills and drop saws Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised workspace Assisting with general factory and production duties as required Working closely with the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience within manufacturing, warehousing, or a production workplace Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks Experience manufacturing pallets is desired. Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Essential Requirements Current Forklift Licence
