Our client is a well known medical specialist located within Bella Vista, and seeking a Medical Receptionist to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays each week.

You must come from a solid medical reception background with solid skills in all areas of working in the health and medical industry.

The Role- Answering medium volume inbound calls and answering enquiries.Scheduling appointmentsCompleting paperwork and processing paymentsEntering information into the databaseGeneral administration support as required.

About YouRecent experience as a Medical Receptionist.Experience dealing with all necessary patient documentsRecent experience with Genie software.Be very articulate and able to communicate with people at all levels.
