Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations

Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for dispatch.

Organise and prepare goods for courier pickup and delivery.

Receive incoming stock deliveries and check against purchase orders.

Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining organised storage areas.

Help conduct stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean, protected, and productive working environment.

General Support Tasks

Assist in keeping track of inventory and reporting low stock.

Support the Operations Manager with daily warehouse tasks.

Help identify ways to improve warehouse layout and workflows.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment roles.

Comfortable with physical work including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with picking & packing operations.

Basic understanding of stock control and inventory systems.

Forklift licence is a bonus (not essential).

Pay: $25.00
- $28.00 per hour
