**Job Title: Property Strategist**

**The role**: As a Strategist at **Stonehhart**, you will play a critical role in guiding everyday Australians through their investment journey and into long-term wealth creation.

This is not a role for the unmotivated or comfort-seekers. We are looking for individuals with **grit, discipline, and a deep hunger to win**.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full investment process, from lead to settlement, while being a trusted advisor to clients ready to change their financial future.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Understanding a client’s financial position and presenting them with a tailored property strategy.
- Helping clients reduce their tax, build equity, and take control of their financial future through property.
- Managing the full client lifecycle: from initial contact through to property settlement.
- Following up and nurturing your pipeline with purpose and consistency.
- Actively prospecting for new clients through social media, B2B channels, seminars, and other creative means.
