**Role description**

The Administration-Intake Assistant position will encompass administrative support in our intake services, to enable the delivery of effective, client-centred Intake Services for Dhelkaya Health in line with service funding and guidelines. The Intake system provides triage of referrals and booking for all Allied Health, outpatient and Community Services. Responsibilities include attending Dhelkaya Health's reception area's including main reception and across the Community Programs. To ensure client record management, customer service and daily administrative responsibilities of the services across Dhelkaya Health are carried out efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislation and hospital procedures and policies.

This position requires you to work to a roster between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm.
