**We are looking to hire professional cleaning staff to commence ASAP to work at schools located in Castlemaine, VIC.**

As a Professional Commercial Cleaning Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of school areas. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, class rooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used in accordance with safety standards.
- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
- Ensure that cleaning materials and supplies are used effectively and economically.

**Requirements**:

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting and prolonged standing.
