- Afternoon Shift We’re hiring a part‑time Canteen Assistant for the afternoon shift at DON in Castlemaine, Victoria. The permanent part‑time role starts immediately, Monday‑Friday (approx. 3:00 pm‑8:00 pm) and pays $26.55 p/h. Responsibilities Your duties will include food preparation, basic cooking, customer service, cleaning & dishwashing, stock replenishment and occasional heavy lifting. Qualifications
- Solid experience in a similar position, including food preparation and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- Thorough understanding of OH&S; and Food Safety practices.
- High attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
