Op Shop Supervisor (Hepburn)

Your Role Join our team and coordinate volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shop in Daylesford. This on‑call casual role includes shifts of 3 to 7.6 hours from Tuesday to Sunday and selected public holidays. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise volunteers during open hours.
- Manage daily operations, including cash handling, register operations and closing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain visual merchandising displays to create visually appealing, contemporary presentations.
- Oversee stock and space management, and achieve sales targets.
- Provide positive customer experiences and celebrate Uniting’s culture. Qualifications and Experience
- Passion for fashion and charity retail.
- Flair for visual merchandising.
- Experience in cash handling, register operations, and closing procedures.
- Confidence in supervising a team as well as working independently.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays, sometimes at short notice. Benefits
- Base salary of $28.12 per hour plus super and weekend penalty rates (if applicable).
