Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide product information.
- Promote and sell products, answer customer questions, and help with decision-making.
- Handle cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Restock shelves, manage inventory levels, and participate in stocktakes.
- Arrange and display products to attract customers and maximize sales.
- Pack purchased goods and handle packaging for customer convenience.
- Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with store policies.
- Stay informed about the store's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Monitor potential theft or security issues and report them as needed.
- Support inventory management tasks.

Requirements:

- AQF Certificate I or secondary education completion or 6-month experience in a similar role.
- A warm, energetic, and dependable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Authorization to work in Australia without any restrictions.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
