Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist (Cessnock)

We are seeking a customer focused Concierge / Front Desk to work in our Hunter Valley office. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Answer incoming phone calls and reception duties
- Provide necessary administrative support
- Create and format documents
- Preparation of open home packs
- Manage data into the CRM, (Agentbox)
- Full training on the Agentbox CRM system will be provided You:
- Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Are highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Have solid customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude
- Possess clear communication skills and present professionally
