**Who We’re Looking For**
- WSET certification or strong wine knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience
- A passion for storytelling and engaging customers with wine knowledge
- Confident and articulate communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high service standards
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an outstanding wine tasting experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit
- Share the winery’s story, explaining the characteristics of our wines and thewinemaking process
- Provide personalized customer service, creating a warm and professional atmosphere
- Maintain the Cellar Door’s presentation, ensuring a clean and inviting space
- Assist with winery events, including VIP tastings, wine club functions, and weddings
- Support online sales operations, including packing and dispatching onlineorders to ensure timely deliveries
