Events and Customer Experience Officer (Cessnock)

**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual to join our Cessnock office in a full time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Supporting our team with vineyard events & concerts, rail replacement services, conference & wine tours, school and general charters
- Demonstrated ability to perform the complete quoting, invoicing and payment collection process from commencement through to finalisation
- General clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain and update website and social media content, including event information, promotions, and announcements.

**About You**
- Solid experience in general administration
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A positive and professional approach to customer service
- Confidence using MS Office and general computer systems
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment

Experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded, though not essential. Full training in industry-specific systems will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00
- $77,000.00 per year
