Disability Support Worker Millfield

Position Disability Support Worker Location Millfield Client You will be supporting a participant with Dystonic Quadriplegia and Leigh’s disease. Our client communicates through a Surface Pro or phone and enjoys a variety of activities, including shopping, cooking, crafting, and weekly nail care. Shifts Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm Support Needed A mix of in-home support and community access engagement for outings, therapy, and activities. This role also involves PEG feeding and suctioning for saliva management. Essential Experience
- Experience with PEG feeding and medication administration.
- Experience with Enhanced Gastrostomy Tube. Essential Certificates and Licences
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver's License and access to a fully insured vehicle (if you have wheels) Why Join Us
