**Experience Required**:At least Cert III plus min 1 year in a relevant role

**Duties**: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
- Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
- Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Open and serve wine and other beverages by service standards
- Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
- Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide wine pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices

Pay: $73,150.00
- $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
