The successful applicant would possess
- Trade qualification with minimum two years a la carte experience Drivers licence and reliable transport Desire to learn and develop Exceptional communication skills A positive, punctual and professional approach Sound technique and superior food knowledge Excellent attention to detail Creative and adaptable
