About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual to join our Cessnock office in a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing friendly and professional customer service

Supporting our team with vineyard events & concerts, rail replacement services, conference & wine tours, school and general charters

Demonstrated ability to perform the complete quoting, invoicing and payment collection process from commencement through to finalisation

General clerical and administrative duties

Maintain and update website and social media content, including event information, promotions, and announcements.

About You

Solid experience in general administration

High attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Explicit communication skills (both written and verbal)

A positive and professional approach to customer service

Confidence using MS Office and general computer systems

Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment

Experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded, though not essential. Full training in industry-specific systems will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00
- $77,000.00 per year
