About the Role As a Field Sales Engineer in our Process Heat Exchangers team, you’ll partner with existing customers and develop new business across diverse industries – from mining and chemicals to renewable energy and emerging technologies. What You’ll Do
- Build robust relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce energy footprints.
- Prepare and deliver technical‑commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
- Represent Alfa Laval at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events. What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
- 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and business development skills.
