The Production Manager (Manufacturing) position is responsible for overseeing daily production activities and supporting the coordination of manufacturing operations. The role involves monitoring production workflow, supervising operational processes, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring production targets and operational requirements are met efficiently. Location: 4 Program Street, Yatala QLD 4209 Employment Type: Full time Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + Superannuation Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within the facility 2. Monitor production workflow to support efficient operational performance and output 3. Coordinate production schedules, staffing requirements, and operational activities 4. Monitor product quality and ensure consistency across manufacturing processes 5. Liaise with production staff, suppliers, and operational teams regarding production requirements 6. Maintain production records, operational reports, and manufacturing documentation 7. Monitor stock levels, raw materials, and production-related inventory requirements 8. Identify operational issues and assist with implementing workflow improvements where required 9. Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed across production operations 10. Support smooth communication and coordination between production and management teams Skills & Experience 1. Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field 2. Minimum 1–2 years of full-time relevant work experience in a similar role 3. Understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflow, and operational coordination 4. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 6. Good communication and team coordination skills 7.
