Production Labourer (Queensland)

Marland Mushrooms QLD is a leading mushroom producer supplying major supermarkets from our modern, purpose-built facility in Stapylton. We are currently seeking reliable Production Labourers to join our production team, commencing immediately. This is a hands‑on role supporting our production operations in a fast‑paced, safety-focused environment. No experience is necessary – full training is provided, with weekly pay and ongoing work available for the right candidate. About the role We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team in a casual role, working a total of 4 shifts throughout Monday to Friday each week. Shift times (approx.)
- Monday through Thursday – 3 pm start
- Friday – 10 am start Responsibilities
- Mixing and preparing the mushroom growing medium (compost)
- General production and cleaning duties
- Climbing as required during production tasks
- Supporting production operations in line with safety and quality requirements
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a production setting Requirements
- Availability to work afternoon shifts Monday through Thursday and mid‑morning shift on a Friday
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physical tasks
- Own reliable transport – essential
- Current forklift licence is highly preferred but not essential
