Production Employee (Queensland)

Position Overview Gliderol Garage Doors, part of the dormakaba group, is looking for motivated Production Operators to join our Pinkenba production team. This is a great opportunity to work in a hands‑on manufacturing environment producing high‑quality garage door products as part of a growing national business. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long‑term career in production, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Follow production schedules and team targets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site What We Require
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks What We Prefer
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience operating machinery or hand tools
- Experience working within KPI or target‑driven environments What We Offer
