The Opportunity This is a 4-6 month contract role based in Geebung, where you’ll play a key role in supporting production planning and scheduling activities. You’ll work closely with planners and production teams to ensure efficient workflow, accurate reporting, and on-time delivery of job orders. Hours Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:15pm & Friday 7:00am-12:15pm Rate Rate | $50+ per hour Key Responsibilities
- Issue job orders and work instructions to production team
- Maintain and update production schedules
- Allocate materials and issue job orders as required
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
- Contribute to Health & Safety initiatives
- Support Continuous Improvement projects About You
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a shopfloor or warehouse environment
- Experience in production scheduling, inventory control, and material allocation
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Syteline experience highly regarded)
- Knowledge of CAD drawings, bill of materials, and shopfloor work instructions (desirable) What’s on Offer
