Position Overview

Gliderol Garage Doors, part of the dormakaba group, is looking for motivated Production Operators to join our Pinkenba production team. This is a great prospect to work in a hands‑on manufacturing environment producing high‑quality garage door products as part of a growing national business. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long‑term career in production, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Follow production schedules and team targets Maintain a clean and protected work environment Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site

What We Require Strong reliability and attendance Commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to perform manual handling tasks

What We Prefer Previous manufacturing or production experience Forklift Licence (LF) Experience operating machinery or hand tools Experience working within KPI or target‑driven environments
