Description
- Development and management of a fit for purpose project, programme and portfolio management framework and supporting artefacts that provide the context and responsibilities for the management of the facilities change portfolio.
- Working with senior divisional stakeholders in the development and submission of business cases to secure funding for priority initiatives.
- Identifying and securing resources (internal and external) to lead the delivery of approved, funded, initiatives. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are:
- Outstanding level of communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Extensive experience in the delivery of facilities specific change initiatives, both changes to workplaces and ideally the services and tools that support the running of a customer focused, effective facilities function.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships both internal and with external clients and key stakeholders, in addition to working both autonomously and as a team member; using Queensland Health values to achieve work unit goals.
