The Role

This role is ideal if you’re looking to step away from dental practice life but still want to use your dental knowledge and customer-focused skills. As part of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our dental customers, building robust relationships over the phone and delivering a standout service experience.

You’ll manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, supporting customers with:

Product enquiries and recommendations

Orders, returns and quotes

Promotions, new products and relevant activities

You’ll also contribute to sales opportunities through confident, value‑based conversations and accurate administration.

Experience in a dental setting (highly regarded, but training provided)

Confident phone manner with the ability to upsell

Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
